Warranty Coverage
- New Pallets:
- New pallets purchased from Quick Liquidate come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers defects in structural integrity, including the frame, supports, and decking, as well as any manufacturing defects that may impact normal usage.

- Used Pallets:
- Used Pallets are covered by a 10-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers significant structural defects or issues not present at the time of sale that affect the item’s ability to function.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, such as minor splinters, scuffs, or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity of the pallet.
- Damage caused by improper use, handling, or exposure to extreme weather conditions.
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Quick Liquidate.
- Damages caused during transportation by third-party carriers not arranged by Quick Liquidate.
