Getting Started
A liquidation lot is a bulk quantity of merchandise - sold as a package, pallet or truckload - sourced directly from major retailers and fulfillment centers. A lot can contain customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, refurbished goods or a mix, all priced well below retail so resellers can profit.
No. Anyone can create an account and buy. A valid resale certificate may exempt you from sales tax depending on your state - add it to your account or send it to our team and we’ll apply it.
A package is a smaller curated case lot - perfect for testing the waters. A pallet is a single stacked pallet, usually hundreds of units. A truckload is a full trailer of multiple pallets for high-volume resellers. Each listing tells you the lot type and unit count.
Start with a single package or pallet to learn the process. Request the manifest, factor in freight, sort and list quickly, then scale up to larger pallets and truckloads as your business grows.
Conditions & Manifests
We carry Returns, Shelf Pulls, New/Overstock, Refurbished and Salvage. Every listing states the exact condition so you know what to expect before you buy.
Most pallets and truckloads include a full or partial manifest. Contact our sales team for the manifest of any specific lot.
Generally no, unless a listing specifically says otherwise. Returns and salvage are sold as-is - that’s exactly what creates the resale margin.
Manifests are accurate representations of a lot, but quantities and conditions can vary slightly (typically within a small quantity variance). We disclose this up front so there are no surprises.
Shipping & Freight
Shipping is arranged by Quick Liquidate and quoted per lot based on weight, dimensions and destination. Request a quote before checkout for accurate freight pricing.
It depends on the size and weight of the lot and your delivery location. Request a freight quote on any product page or at checkout and we’ll give you an accurate rate.
Pallets typically ship within 1–3 business days of cleared payment. Truckloads are scheduled directly with you so delivery lands when it’s convenient.
Yes - liftgate and residential delivery are available on request for an additional fee. By default, lots ship to a commercial address or loading dock.
On select lots, yes. Contact our team before ordering and we’ll let you know whether buyer-arranged shipping or pickup is available for that lot.

Returns & Claims
Liquidation merchandise is sold as-is. Conditions are disclosed up front; please review each listing and manifest carefully before purchasing.
If a manifested lot is materially short - missing an item that represents at least 50% of the lot’s listed retail value - contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll work with you on a resolution or store credit.
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If a pallet arrives visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us right away so we can file a freight claim.
Payments & Orders
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle and Cash App. Checkout runs over 256-bit encryption to keep your information safe.
Your order is confirmed once payment clears. For freight-quoted lots, shipping is confirmed with you before the order is finalized.
Absolutely. Contact our sales team for volume discounts on truckloads and recurring-supply agreements tailored to your store.
Sales tax is applied where required by law. Provide a valid resale certificate and we’ll mark your account tax-exempt.
