Quick Liquidate arranges freight for most pallets and truckloads through our transportation partners. Shipping is quoted per lot based on weight, dimensions and destination, so you always get an accurate, no-surprise rate.
How it works
- Add lots to your cart and place your order, or request a freight quote on any product page.
- Our team confirms freight cost and lead time before payment is finalized.
- Once payment clears, your lot is scheduled and dispatched with tracking.
Delivery options
- Standard LTL freight to a commercial address or loading dock.
- Liftgate delivery for locations without a dock, available for an additional fee.
- Residential / appointment delivery on request for an added fee.
- Full-truckload delivery scheduled with an appointment window.
Lead times
- Packages & pallets typically ship within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.
- Truckloads are scheduled directly with you and usually dispatch within 3–7 business days.
- Transit time then depends on distance and the carrier’s network - your quote includes an estimate.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship throughout the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, freight forwarding or international requests, contact our team before ordering and we’ll see what’s possible.
Buyer-arranged freight & pickup
On select lots you may arrange your own carrier or pick up from our facility. Contact us before purchasing to confirm availability for a specific lot.
Inspecting your delivery
Always inspect your shipment when it arrives. If a pallet looks visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos before unwrapping, and contact us right away so we can file a freight claim on your behalf.
Missed deliveries & redelivery
Freight carriers typically schedule an appointment for larger shipments. If a delivery is missed or refused, redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier may be passed on to you, so please be ready to receive your lot.
Tracking your shipment
Once your lot ships, we’ll email your tracking details. You can also check status anytime on the Track Order page using your order number and email.
